Nose: The bouquet is very fresh with strong floral and fruity aromas. Body: Rich and silky. Palate: Multi-layered. The experience begins on a sweet note, with essence of pears, melon and even papaya, before shifting to bitter chocolate and becoming progressively more spicy. Finish: Long and satisfactorily pleasant. It's possible to detect a hint of smoke and pink pepper on the end note. Colour: Clear. Each bottle is labelled with a hand-made and printed, 100% acid free paper, derived from fibers that are indigenous to the region.
