Account

  • Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?

    No, you can choose to order as a guest or create an account when you place your first order. However, with an account you gain easy access to all your purchases, invoices and additional information.

  • I have forgotten my password / username, now what?

    Your email address is your username. If you’ve lost your password click here and type in your email address. We will then send you a new password, which you can choose to customise.

Orders

  • Are all taxes / customs paid?

    Yes, we take care of all that. You just need to place your order, sit back and wait for your bottles to arrive!

  • Can I order from you even though I am underage?

    No! We only sell our products to customers above the legal drinking age.

  • How do I return / exchange items?

    We only exchange / refund unopened products.

    For an exchange or a refund please send an email to customers@tequilaysoledad.com and tell us whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange (if you require an exchange please state the item you would like to receive), the items you would like to return, the reason for the exchange/ refund request, and your bank details.

    Once you have received an email acknowledgement from us, please return the item(-s) you want to refund / exchange to: Alonso Lopez, Wiener Str. 25, 10999 Berlin, Germany.

    As soon as we have received your email request and your returned items, we will refund your money or send the exchanged items back to you.

  • What happens if my items are damaged when they arrive?

    Don’t worry, we can arrange a replacement for you.

    If your parcel is visibly wet or damaged, or shows signs of having been tampered with when you receive it, you should either sign for it as ‘arrived damaged’ or refuse to sign for it and have it immediately returned to us. Please also contact us straight away so we can organise a replacement.

    If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box your images to customers@tequilaysoledad.com so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

Payment

  • What payment security do you have?

    We use PayPal and Stripe (for credit cards) as our online payment systems, these are two of the most secure payment providers on the market. Our entire domain is protected by SSL technology and all data transferred online (including your address and credit card details) are safely encrypted.

     

  • What methods of payment are accepted?
    • – Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
    • – PayPal

Shipping

  • How long will it take for my items to arrive?

    Your items will arrive within 3 business days after your payment has been received.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    For now, we only deliver within Germany, but please check back in the future as we are expanding.

  • What are your shipping prices?

    Our fixed standard shipping fee is €5,95. Free shipping for orders over €80. Your parcel will be delivered by DHL.
