    Tequila Arette Añejo

    Nose: Elements of oak and cooked agave emerge first followed swiftly by more subtle tones of vanilla, chocolate and sweet orange. Body: Medium, firm. Palate: Sweet flavours like caramel and cooked agave are prevalent. While vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and even a hint of coconut can be detected in the background. Finish: Citrus fruits and gentle sweetness. Freshly roasted coffee beans develop into a pepperish dryness. Medium length. Colour: Yellow gold. Arette Añejo is a fantastic, sweet tequila, thanks to it's 14 to 18 months rest in American oak casks. It is bursting with spicy flavours like vanilla and cinnamon, with gentle chocolate and coffee notes. Arette's agaves are grown in the rich, dark soil close to Tequila's volcano, which provides interesting mineral characteristics.

    Tequila Don Fernando Añejo

    Nose: Fresh, fragrant and slightly buttery. An appetising mix of toffee and orange marmalade. Body: Surprisingly light with undertones of honey. Palate: Creamy vanilla. Finish: Rather dry and oaky with a late arrival of spiciness. Colour: Rich amber. Unusually, Tequila Don Fernando Añejo is aged in French limousine oak casks, which give it a sweet and elegant flavour as well as a particular amber colour. Leave the tequila to rest for a few minutes before enjoying the first sip as it takes time for the subtle aromas to develop in the glass. If you've never tried a tequila añejo before, Don Fernando Añejo is the perfect introduction as it is light, sweet and very gentle.

    Tequila Somonque Extra Premium Añejo

    Nose: Marzipan, caramel and a dark wood, resembling mahogany more than oak. Body: Big, rounded with some dryness of texture. Palate: Lightly sweet start, nutty, raw dark chocolate / cacao beans. Finish: Warming, with a gingery dryness and an oakiness that eventually reveals itself. Colour: Dark amber. The Tequila Somonque Añejo contains some very particular flavour notes that can be attributed to ca. two years of aging in the richly aromatic ex-bourbon casks.
