Nose: Perfumey and a touch oily, with strong hints of lemon and vanilla.
Body: Medium to light, nutty and rounded.
Palate: Fresh oak. Slightly drying.
Finish: It develops to a crisp, accentuated dryness, with a hint of nutmeg and pepper coming in at the very end.
Colour: Warm gold.

Nose: A certain roughness prevails at the first sniff, with herbal notes filtering through.
Body: Light, thin and slippery.
Palate: Cooked agave is quickly obvious. Nuts and dried fruits emerge first, closely followed by underying mineral notes.
Finish: Warm, spicy and gingery with a fairly dry and long-lasting finish for a blanco.
Colour: Clear.
Unusually minerally for a tequila, a great option for mixing and cocktails.

Nose: Assertive. A heady combination of leather, oil and salt.
Body: Clean, smooth and dry.
Palate: Aromatic vanilla and fresh grass. Notes of oak gradually emerge.
Finish: Slightly spicy with a fresh, saltiness. The oakiness strenghtens towards the end.
Colour: Full gold.
Tequila Alebrijes Reposado has with a very typical taste, making it a good entry point into the world of fine reposados.

Nose: Assertive and dry with a hint of mint-like freshness.
Body: Medium, and slightly gritty due as a spiciness develops.
Palate: Intense and full-bodied. Initially sweet but becoming progressively dry and spicy. Honey and citrus fruits prevail throughout.
Finish: Medium length. Strong mineral dryness.
Colour: Clear.
An expressive tequila blanco with a dry, mineral palate that still allows a touch a sweetness to linger in the undertones.
