Nose: Assertive and dry with a hint of mint-like freshness.
Body: Medium, and slightly gritty due as a spiciness develops.
Palate: Intense and full-bodied. Initially sweet but becoming progressively dry and spicy. Honey and citrus fruits prevail throughout.
Finish: Medium length. Strong mineral dryness.
Colour: Clear.

Nose: Herbal and fresh, with an emerging scent of oak.
Body: Medium firm.
Palate: Dry, with a light oaky character that gradually evolves to become more peppery.
Finish: Very spicy with a late dryness.
Colour: Gold.
Mi Tierra is a very fresh tequila reposado with a special spiciness accenting the strong woody overtones from the French oak casks.

Tequila Arette Añejo

Nose: Elements of oak and cooked agave emerge first followed swiftly by more subtle tones of vanilla, chocolate and sweet orange.
Body: Medium, firm.
Palate: Sweet flavours like caramel and cooked agave are prevalent. While vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and even a hint of coconut can be detected in the background.
Finish: Citrus fruits and gentle sweetness. Freshly roasted coffee beans develop into a pepperish dryness. Medium length.
Colour: Yellow gold.
Arette Añejo is a fantastic, sweet tequila, thanks to it's 14 to 18 months rest in American oak casks. It is bursting with spicy flavours like vanilla and cinnamon, with gentle chocolate and coffee notes. Arette's agaves are grown in the rich, dark soil close to Tequila's volcano, which provides interesting mineral characteristics.
