Nose: Very aromatic for a tequila blanco. Fresh and rounded with a subtle hint of cooked agave and sweet marshmallow.
Body: There is a definite sweetness, but it remains crisp and enjoyably light.
Palate: Starts sweet, before moving towards a gentle spiciness. The end notes become dry with a reminiscence of dried fruits.
Finish: Satisfying, medium in length with a dry end.
Colour: Clear.

Body: Light to medium, with a syrupy dryness.
Palate: A delicious mix of caramel beurre salé and finely cooked agave. A smooth sweetness balances the dryness.
Finish: A warm pepperiness evolves into a late-emerging earthy saltiness. The finish is rather long for a blanco.

Body: Surprisingly light with undertones of honey.
Palate: Creamy vanilla.
Finish: Rather dry and oaky with a late arrival of spiciness.

Unusually, Tequila Don Fernando Añejo is aged in French limousine oak casks, which give it a sweet and elegant flavour as well as a particular amber colour.
