Nose: A certain roughness prevails at the first sniff, with herbal notes filtering through.
Body: Light, thin and slippery.
Palate: Cooked agave is quickly obvious. Nuts and dried fruits emerge first, closely followed by underying mineral notes.
Finish: Warm, spicy and gingery with a fairly dry and long-lasting finish for a blanco.
Colour: Clear.
Unusually minerally for a tequila, a great option for mixing and cocktails.

Nose: Oily, with an underlying saltiness evoking memories of a seaside stroll. A slight hint of sweet orange peel.
Body: Initially smooth on the tongue before a crispness emerges.
Palate: An sweet, elegant blend of caramel and vanilla. Fleur de sel lingers in the background, intensifying the flavour.
Finish: Woody flavours emerge with oak the most prevelant. A warm spiciness lingers.
Colour: Deep gold.

Body: Medium firm.
Palate: Dry, with a light oaky character that gradually evolves to become more peppery.
Finish: Very spicy with a late dryness.

Mi Tierra is a very fresh tequila reposado with a special spiciness accenting the strong woody overtones from the French oak casks.
